This agreement is a legal contract between you and Nexitally VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application (the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to these terms. Please read them carefully before use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code, translate app text, or create derivative versions of the App or associated trademarks without authorization. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, routes, or fees and will communicate material changes where necessary. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting a device may create security risks or make the App unavailable.

The Service may integrate necessary third-party services such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and similar tools. When using related features, you are also bound by those partners’ respective terms of service.

Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by unpaid device bills, data limits, weak signal, carrier restrictions, or changes made by target platforms. Mobile carriers may charge data fees outside Wi-Fi. If you use roaming outside your country of origin, make sure you understand the fees and have permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own use of the App. For example, service interruption caused by a drained battery, disabled permissions, or third-party platform restrictions is not covered by compensation. We try to provide accurate route information, but some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for direct or indirect losses resulting from such data. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install current versions when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate the App service within a reasonable scope.
